This Refund & Return Policy applies to all CNC and laser machinery, automation systems, accessories, and services purchased from CNC KEVRON PVT LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”). Due to the specialized, engineered, and custom-built nature of our industrial products, all sales are subject to strict manufacturing and cancellation conditions described below.

1. Overview

All CNC machines, laser cutting systems, robotic automation units, and Industry 4.0 equipment manufactured or supplied by CNC KEVRON are customized to client requirements. For this reason, refunds and returns are extremely limited and allowed only under specific, pre-approved circumstances.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable under all circumstances:

  • Custom-built CNC machinery
  • Laser cutting, welding, or engraving machines
  • Robotic automation and integration systems
  • Industry 4.0 smart solutions and IoT-based equipment
  • Customized configurations, software setups, or upgrades
  • Consumables, accessories, spare parts, lenses, and tubes

Once production has started or machine configuration is completed, the order cannot be reversed.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled after production or customization has begun.
  • Advance payments or booking amounts are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation before production may be considered at our discretion and may involve deductions to cover engineering, procurement, or administrative costs.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If the delivered machine or component contains a manufacturing defect, CNC KEVRON will repair or replace the defective part under warranty.

To report a defect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Share a clear description, images, and video evidence of the issue.
  • Ensure the installation and setup were done as per our guidelines.

Important: Unauthorized repairs, third-party servicing, or tampering voids the warranty and any return eligibility.

5. Warranty Support (Not a Refund)

Warranty support includes repair or replacement of defective parts only. Warranty does not include:

  • Improper handling, misuse, or incorrect operation
  • Installation issues caused by non-KEVRON technicians
  • Power fluctuations, earthing issues, or electrical faults at the customer location
  • Consumables, wear-and-tear components, or maintenance items
  • Unauthorized hardware or software modifications

Warranty coverage does not imply eligibility for refunds or machine returns.

6. Returns Approval Process

Returns are permitted only in rare and genuine cases and require official written approval from CNC KEVRON. During evaluation, we may request:

  • Proof of defect or malfunction
  • On-site inspection by our certified engineers
  • Verification of installation conditions and machine usage

Any product shipped back without our approval will be rejected at the customer’s cost.

7. Refunds (If Applicable)

A refund is initiated only if:

  • A return is officially approved in writing by CNC KEVRON
  • The machine/component is inspected and validated as eligible

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take several business days based on the payment provider
  • Deductions may apply for engineering efforts, customization, admin charges, and logistics

Note: Refunds are extremely rare for industrial machinery and evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis.

8. Shipping, Installation & Handling Charges

Shipping, installation, transportation, packaging, site visits, and logistics fees are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the customer must cover return shipping costs unless the issue is proven to be a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Refund, warranty, and return eligibility depend on the customer fulfilling the following responsibilities:

  • Ensuring proper electrical connections and earthing
  • Providing stable voltage and operating environment
  • Installing machines only through authorized KEVRON engineers
  • Following safety guidelines and maintenance schedules

10. Policy Changes

CNC KEVRON may modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
