6. Delivery & Shipping

Estimated delivery timelines depend on machine model, customization needs, production load, and logistics availability. Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. CNC KEVRON is not responsible for delays caused by:

Transport or logistics providers
Government procedures
Customs, strikes, natural calamities, or unforeseen events

7. Installation, Commissioning & Training

Installation and training services are provided as per quotation terms. Additional training, site re-visits, or extended installation support may be chargeable. Site readiness—including electrical supply, flooring, air exhaust, and manpower—is the customer’s responsibility.

8. Warranty Policy

All CNC KEVRON machines include standard warranty coverage as mentioned in the quotation. Warranty covers only manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover:

Misuse, mishandling, or improper operation
Damage caused by unstable electricity or earthing issues
Wear-and-tear parts or consumables
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or third-party servicing
Damage during transportation not handled by KEVRON

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All product designs, brand logos, trademarks, graphics, manuals, documents, website content, and instructional materials are the exclusive property of CNC KEVRON PVT LTD. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
